IMHC is an independent material handling consultancy. The fundamental difference is independence, we are not tied to a manufacturer, dealer or service provider, so we can look at your operation from your side of the table.
Why IMHC exists
IMHC was created after years of seeing material handling operations from inside the industry. Too often, businesses focus on the monthly cost of a forklift without considering the much larger picture, and the cheapest truck is rarely the cheapest operation.
Poor equipment selection, inappropriate applications, avoidable damage, inadequate daily checks, excessive downtime and weak maintenance strategies can cost far more than the original equipment price. Yet many businesses don't have an independent material handling specialist internally. IMHC was created to fill that gap.
We provide experienced, independent advice focused entirely on your operation. This is a practical business built on hands-on experience, not a generic management consultancy. We speak the language of someone running an operation, without the jargon.
