Asset360 is a digital asset-checking solution we are developing to improve daily equipment inspections and create evidence that the important checks have actually been completed. Rather than relying on tick-box inspections, operators provide photographic evidence, building a real digital history for every asset.

A QR code is attached to each individual asset. Before using the machine, the operator scans it, identifies themselves and completes a walk-around inspection. Existing damage is recorded, so new damage can be identified more effectively, all without an unnecessarily complicated process.
